Those are her withers!
Today we ponied with Dan up to the arena and then in the arena. Prior to getting to the arena we had a small discussion about WHERE we pony.... next to Dan not directly behind Dan. Then after that she was perfect.
I even opened the gate with both ponies, got both ponies through, and shut the gate without getting off.
We walked and even trotted in the arena. Trotted over a pole twice. And once she jumped it!!!
Then that afternoon we went for a short walk in the culdesac. She met Jean's pony statues. Snorted but was brave and said hi. Then Eddie came out to say hi. he didn't recognize her. Then his niece came running out and said Hi. Funny was good but towards the end the boys were screaming and she got anxious so we headed home.
We also got on and off the trailer 3 times! Slightly rushing onto the trailer but she did it. :)
oh, and she chased dan out of her room this morning protecting her breakfast. hee hee.
