She's Here, She's Here, She's HERE!!!!!

 Funny is home!!!! And what a brave girl she is. She apparently stopped at Kentucky and then was put on a different trailer to come here. She arrived after dark and was the only horse on the rig. They stopped on the side of the road without turning down the cul-de-sac so she had to walk a little ways. In the dark! At least it wasn't raining as it had been on and off pouring ALL day. I finally got to see my girl!!!!! EEEEEEEEEAAAAAAHHHHHH!! The ramp was fairly steep and when she attempted to come down she slid a little so she said NOPE! The guy was awesome and tried a few times but then just decided to back her down. So... down she came. Then I was able to say hi and pet her and Ooooohhhh she is just precious. So we walked down the road. She was not interested in walking on the grass because it was dark and there could be monsters in the bushes, so we walked on the road. She shied a little at the mailbox but was really quite brave. When we got to the barn she stopped and then when she got in, the dog barked or something and she jumped and slid a little and scared herself, but then she moved forward almost immediately and I got her in the stall. She was a bit shell shocked and a bit wide-legged from her travels. But she came up to me and said hi and was quite friendly. She immediately starting munching on her alfalfa. The boys were being nasty to her. I put her in the stall and put Fleck and Dan in theirs but with the run ins open. I didn't let her in the run in. And then Fleck was being mean but Dan seemed to be being sweet and he couldn't get to her, so I let him have her run in too. And he was still being pretty sweet. We snuggled a lot and then she met Mike... and then she met Emma.... and then I snuggled some more. She never did drink but she licked the salt block. I finally let them be so she could sleep and rest. But I'm smitten!!! She is just so good!!
