lesson at kilkenny with laura and smarty
tacked up and walked into indoor. a little spooky over drain to indoor but didn't jump it. walked around fine.. then jacel arrived so went to outdoor. blaze was running around. smarty was amped. funny spooked at blaze once but was fine. had a fun lesson. hard!!! but fun. tight arena, tight turns... barrel racing feeling in some of the turns. and deep footing at the edges of arena so a little scrambly. but...
react quickly on backside so can ride softer after and to the fence. low hands. turn my body, not yank her face. ride inside leg to outside rein. use my corners.
did the hard line first before we were supposed to. whoops. Jumped skinnies and a bit wiggly but went over. lost my stirrup and did 4 hard fences without it. had some struggles but had some good moments. fun!
Chewed on the fence decor like dan. ;) But not the actual scarecrows ;)
Then went for a cool hack. neat property. geese almost scared her.
