Well poo. We loaded up and headed to High Point Farm for the ride a test/practice show with Sarah. She's working on her judges card and High Point offered a free "show" ride with Sarah judging. I was excited! But, we got about 15 minutes into the haul and the truck started doing the weird lurching thing again. I prayed and asked God for a sign... because I really wanted to go do the test and wanted to help Sarah out... and then, the check engine light came on. Okay... I hear you. So I turned around. Thankfully God helped us get home uneventfully.
So... we rode at home instead. We started out arguing because she was being squirrely. But then I took a breath and took a break and she did too and we had a decent ride. We got some nice trot and canter work and even got some nice trot work after we cantered. We played with the walk to canters and some trot "lengthens" too. She was a good girl. So.. not a bad day after all. Now to get that truck figured out!
