Cold homework

 Snuck in a ride at the end of the day. Cold when we started and really cold when we finished. arena refreezing. kept it short.

warm up at walk.. squirrely and wiggly but settled

trotted and quick at first (definitely not in heat and sluggish) but setttled nicely and once I got me in line, she lined up. Wants to bulge to the right and fall in, but I worked on my homework, sitting left, guiding her underneath me but straight and it worked. had some really nice work and overall, sooooo much better than our old usual. did some leg yielding and 'half passing' to help straighten her in the trot and it helped. even cantered and had two lovely canters! Even the left lead. 

whoo hoo. walked back, untacked, put on her new bridle and it fits!!
