Not at all! It was quite a nice ride really! When we first started she was a bit quick and chompy and on edge because there was some people in the street that were talking loudly and making noise and Funny couldn't see them through the trees but definitely heard them. However, we just kept working and she got over it. Good smart girl.
We played with some haunches in and shoulder in at the walk and even a baby half pass at the walk. Then we did some trot work and she was quite nice. Not too quick, not too fussy or chompy, and fairly ridable. We even played with some sitting trot shoulder in and haunches in. And we did some leg yields. The lateral work definitely makes her stop and think and not be so quick. We had some nice canters too and played with shallow serpentines, trying to strengthen the canter. We also trotted over the raised trot poles and she kept a nice rhythm. Good pony!
